    Convenient Entrances, Free Parking

    At Rome Health, we provide free parking as a courtesy to our patients, visitors and staff. We know you have a lot on your mind when you come to the hospital, whether it’s for personal reasons or to visit a patient. Finding your way shouldn't cause additional burden. 

    Patients and visitors may enter our facility through one of four handicap-accessible entrances.

    Only the Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day. See the hours for all entrances listed below. A digital directory will be located at the three main entrances to help with wayfinding.

    James Street Main Entrance: 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. 7 days a week. (Reopening Monday, March 20, 2023)
    Hospital visitors and ambulatory surgery patients are encouraged to use this entrance.
    The Main Lobby and Twigs Gift Shop are easily accessible from the James Street Entrance.
    Visitor and patient parking is conveniently located in the front circle and Lot 7 on the left of the front circle.

    Medical Center Bartlett Entrance: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
    This entrance is the most convenient for Medical Center patients, outpatients coming for testing, as well as Residential Health Care Facility (RHCF) visitors.
    Visitor and patient parking is conveniently located in the lot off of Oak Street.
    Registration for primary care and surgical services is located in the Medical Center on the Ground Floor.
    Registration for outpatient services, including cardiopulmonary services, endoscopy and medical imaging is located in Medical Imaging on the first floor.

    Community Pharmacy Entrance: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday (closed 12:30 to 1 p.m. for lunch.)
    Open to the public, the Community Pharmacy has its own dedicated entrance facing Oak Street.
    Parking is conveniently located near the entrance.

    Emergency Department: Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
    This entrance provides easy access to the Emergency Department and is the only entrance open after 8 p.m.
    Any visitors after 8 p.m. must report to the security desk in the Emergency Department for access to the main hospital.
    Emergency Department parking is conveniently located near the entrance.
