    David W. Lundquist, President/Chief Executive Officer

    For nearly 25 years, Mr. Lundquist served as CEO of hospitals in Oklahoma, New Jersey, and most recently at the Health Alliance of the Hudson Valley in Kingston, NY, where he navigated three hospitals and two residential centers through a successful affiliation and system integration. In his early career, he developed his healthcare experience as a management engineer and a director of employee relations before transitioning into administration. Dave earned his bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering at the University of Oklahoma and a master of business administration degree from Oklahoma City University.

    Frank Ehrlich, MD, Chief Medical Officer 

    Dr. Ehrlich was born and raised in Buffalo, NY, and earned his medical degree at the University of Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He completed graduate medical education at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Pittsburgh, Pa., the Naval Hospital at Chelsea, Mass., Boston City Hospital, Boston, Mass. and Lahey Clinic, Boston, Mass. Dr. Ehrlich is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the American College of Physician Executives, the American College of Healthcare Executives, the American Association for the Surgery of Trauma and the Society of Critical Care Medicine. Board certified in general surgery, pediatric surgery, emergency medicine and surgery for critical care/trauma, Dr. Ehrlich has more than 50 years of medical experience encompassing many aspects of both private practice and administration.

    Dewey R. Rowlands, Vice President/Chief Financial Officer

    Mr. Rowlands received his bachelor’s degree from Utica College. He joined the hospital’s staff as its Chief Financial Officer in 2014 bringing with him more than 32 years of experience in healthcare finance.  

    Durinda K. Durr, R.N., M.S., Vice President/Clinical Services 

    Mrs. Durr received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Syracuse University and her master’s degree in nursing administration from SUNY IT. She joined Rome Memorial Hospital as its Chief Nursing Officer in 2003 bringing with her more than 20 years of nursing leadership experience.  She was promoted to Vice President/Clinical Services in 2013.

    Bruce Peterson, Vice President/Chief Information Officer

    Mr. Peterson earned his bachelor's degree in management and marketing from Clarkson University, Potsdam. He joined the hospital in 2008 as Chief Information Officer, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in information technology. He was named Vice President/Chief Information Officer in 2012.

    David Jabs, Vice President of Support Services

    Mr. Jabs earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Marist College in Poughkeepsie. He joined the hospital as Vice President of Support Services in 2016 bringing with him more than 30 years of experience in hospital engineering services. 

    Regina Chambers, Vice President Human Resources

    Mrs. Chambers earned her bachelor’s of art degree in healthcare administration from Marshall University, Huntington, W.Va. She joined the hospital’s staff in 1995 and was promoted from Director of Personnel to Assistant Vice President of Human Resources in 2007 and named Vice President in 2013.

    Jennifer Bartlett, Vice President/Chief Quality Officer 

    Ms. Bartlett received her bachelor's of art degree in Psychology from Siena College, Loudenville, NY. She joined the hospital's staff in 2014, bringing with her more than eight years of experience in regulatory oversight and compliance. She was named vice president/chief quality officer in 2016.

    Cassie Evans Winter, Vice President Communications/Marketing

    Mrs. Winter received her bachelor's degree in sociology from Texas A & M University, College Station, Texas. A former reporter, she joined the hospital’s staff in 1998 as the public relations manager. She was promoted to public relations director in 2002 and named Assistant Vice President Communications/Marketing in 2006. In 2012, she was promoted to Vice President Communications/Marketing.  

    Rosemel Atkinson, Vice President of Physician Practices  

    Mrs. Atkinson has served as practice administrator for Rome Medical Group, the city’s largest primary care physician office, for over 20 years. Additionally, she oversees Camden Family Care, Boonville Family Care and Rome’s Delta Medical primary care offices. She was named Vice President of Physician Practices in 2016.

    Karen Williams, Director of Physician Services   

    Mrs. Williams received her bachelor's degree of Professional Science in Health Services Management from SUNY College of Technology, Utica, NY. She is a Certified Professional in Medical Services Management (CPMSM) and Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS). She joined the hospital in 1992 and was promoted to Director of Physician Services in 2011. 
    Teresa Bell, R.N., Assistant Vice President Clinical Services

    A graduate of the Marcy Psychiatric Hospital School of Nursing, Ms. Bell earned her bachelor of science degree in health care administration from Kennedy-Western University. She started her career at Rome Memorial Hospital in 1975 as a medical/surgical staff nurse. Moving up through the nursing ranks, she was promoted to director of Director Medical/Surgical/Pediatric Nursing Services in 1994 and assumed additional responsibility for Maternity Services in 2001. In 2009, she was promoted to assistant vice president of nursing. 

    Manon Gouse, Assistant Vice President of Therapeutic Services/Patient Safety Officer 

    Mrs. Gouse received her bachelor of science degree in hearing and speech sciences and her master of science degree in speech-language pathology from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah.  She is pursuing a master's degree in health care administration through Utica College. She joined the hospital's staff in 2007 as a speech-language pathologist and was promoted to Director of Rehabilitation Services. 

    Patricia King, R.N., B.S., C.C.M., D.D.M.S., Assistant Vice President Continuum of Care  

    Ms. King received her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the State University of New York College of Technology. She joined Rome Memorial Hospital as its Director of Continuum of Care in 2014 bringing with her more than 35 years of Nursing Case Management leadership. She was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Continuum of Care in 2015.
